I. OUR MISSION

The mission of the Self Storage Association is to promote the highest standards of professionalism, conduct, honesty, integrity and ethical business practices adhered to by Hardy's Self Storage; to provide leadership and support for the self storage industry in the United States and throughout the world; to address issues which specifically affect the self storage industry; to be the paramount resource for industry information, education, research, and technical expertise; and to enhance the quality and performance of self storage services and facilitites.

AS A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION HARDY’S SELF STORAGE & PARCEL CENTER WILL:

• Provide our customers with a safe, efficient and clean facility.
• Price our services fairly and conduct our business honestly.
• Maintain the highest concern for the health, well-being and safety of our customers and employees.
• Preserve high standards of conduct in ourselves and in the self storage industry.
• Promote the self storage industry through improvements in operations for the benefit of our customers, vendors and the public we serve.
• Promote sound legislative proposals affecting our industry.
• Uphold the principles of this code as an obligation to our association, our fellow members, and our community.
