CODE OF ETHICS

This Code of Ethics is established as a service to the public and to the industry to put forth and declare the precepts and practices to which all members of the Self Storage Association subscribe as a condition of membership.

AS A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION HARDY’S SELF STORAGE & PARCEL CENTER WILL:

• Provide our customers with a safe, efficient and clean facility.
• Price our services fairly and conduct our business honestly.
• Maintain the highest concern for the health, well-being and safety of our customers and employees.
• Preserve high standards of conduct in ourselves and in the self storage industry.
• Promote the self storage industry through improvements in operations for the benefit of our customers, vendors and the public we serve.
• Promote sound legislative proposals affecting our industry.
• Uphold the principles of this code as an obligation to our association, our fellow members, and our community.
