The following forms are for the use of our current Tenants who wish to make changes to their storage accounts. Please print out the appropriate form and return to our rental office so we make keep your account records current. Completed forms may also be faxed to the facility where the Tenant is currently storing.

Automatic Credit Card Agreement
For Tenants who wish to have their credit card payments processed automatically each month.

Change of Insurance
For Tenants who wish to add or remove additional MiniCo Insurance to thier goods stored.

Change of Tenant Information
For Tenants whose personal information or unit information needs to be changed or updated.

Payment Authorization Form
For Tenants who wish to make a one-time credit card payment and are unable to come into the Rental Office.

Vacate Notice
For Tenants who will be vacating in the near future.
